A journey through The Stone Age! #beanexplorer

Year 3 have started their new topic 'Cave Creatures, Stones and Bones' in style this week by building on their knowledge gained by going to Castleshaw.

The children created their own 'human stone age time line' to show the time periods of Palaeolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic eras and how humans developed new skills over time.

In maths we have had lots of fun creating arrays and making equal groups and in science, we have had fun making shadows and using our torches to find out how light behaves using different materials!

We have also had a great week with learning how to #be a buddy, not a bully during anti bullying week and have also been a fundraiser for Children in Need on Friday! #beafundraiser
