An exciting week in Year 4! 🧽🫗📚🫧

This week in English, Year 4 have been writing a postcard from Hercules to Zeus, his Dad! 

In Maths, we have been subtracting two 4-digit numbers with and without exchanging.

On Monday, we went to Northmoor to see Sir Lenny Henry in person. He was hilarious! 

We shared some jokes and asked some fantastic questions. Did you know, Sir Lenny Henry was the co-founder of Comic Relief? We celebrate Comic Relief each year by wearing red noses for Red Nose Day! 

We all got given a book, and we were so excited to take them home!

In Science, we have been experiment with gases and how to identify the state of matter.
