This week in English, Year 4 completed a conscious alley, discussing whether Phil should have trained Hercules!

Phil was retired but forced to train Hercules for his 12 labours by Zeus, with a lightning strike! 

We have written a diary entry from Hercules' perspective, describing our days in training for our 12 labours.

In Maths, we have been continuing to add and subtract with exchanges.

Miss O'Brien has been impressed with the childrens ability to round to estimate the addition and subtraction sums. 

In History, we have been completing a double page spread on the historical links between Ancient Greece and the modern World.

In Art this half term, we have been designing and moulding our own Greek pots! We have used clay and designs to carve and paint out pots! We have really enjoyed adding Greek designs and experimenting with colours!
