Capulets or Montagues? 🤔

Week commencing 23rd September 

This week Y5 have been busy being historians! We looked at the differences between primary and secondary sources and what that looks like regarding the Tudor era. We looked at physical objects and images of the sources which gave us a better understanding of how the Tudors lived. 

In English, Y5 explored how difficult it is to choose between love and family. This week we imagined the thoughts and ideas Juliet had when Romeo proposed. We used a conscience alley to whisper those thoughts to our Juliet and make that ultimate decision, to marry Romeo!
