Delicious soup!

This week Year 2 have made vegatable soup!We have spent the last few weeks investigating, tasting vegetables, designing our soup and today we made our own soup. We decided to use vegetables that Florence Nightingale would have had and used back in 1850s during her time in the wars. When we made our soup we tried it and some children shocked themselves by enjoying it. 

During PSHE this week, we looked at problem solving sinarios. We looked at different sinarios where our friend might be upset because of something or someone else. We discussed and acted out what we can do to help our friend if that happens. 

In Maths, we investigated mass, we began to measure in grams and kilograms.
