This week in Year 4, we have been continuing to read 'Perseus and the Snake Haired Monster'. On Monday, we acted out the story focusing on pitch and pace.

We used this to support us with ordering the images on Tuesday.

In Maths, we have been looking at place value and moving on to Roman Numerals. We have been recognising that you subtract when a smaller numeral comes before a larger one or add, if the smaller numeral is after the larger one.

An example would be:

X = 10

IX = 9

XI = 11

In Science, we have identified the difference between solids, liquids and gases! We used our bodies to become atoms, showing what each state of matter looks like! Take a look at our fabulous work and drama in class.
