Freddy Fit! ?

This week, Freddie Fit visited Westwood!

We began the session by stretching and warming up our muscles. After this, we took part in some listening games, which were very fun!

Some boys and girls in the class were fantastic at the activities, especially holla hooping, WOW!

We had lots of fun!
