London’s Burning! 🔥

A wonderful start to Autumn 2!

In English, we have been reading 'Toby and the Great Fire of London'. We started the week by making Toby using craft materials and have been describing him using adjectives. 

In Maths, we have been looking at number bond to 10. We have learnt a catchy song to help us remember them! Ask us to sing it for you! We started to look at addition number sentences and used our knowledge of number bonds within 10 to help us!

In History, we have started learning about The Great Fire of London! We looked at some primary and secondary sources to answer our questions about the event.

In continuous provision, we have created firework pictures with straws and paint, created the Great Fire of London scene and much more!
