Making slime, soap and fossils 🧼

This week, Year 3 had an amazing time visiting the Oldham Sixth Form College, where they had the opportunity to make slime, soap and fossils. They got to pick their own small and colouring for their soap and had lots of fun making slime. 

In English, we have been writing a setting description about the chocolate room in Charlie and the Chocolate factory!

In Maths, we have been learning about fractions.

In Science, we have been investigating what a plant needs to grow. To start our experiment, we planted cress in soil. We place one in a dark place, one will not be given water and one was planted in a wet tissue. We can't wait to see what will happen!
