Making Spanish Omelettes ?

This week, we made our Spanish omelettes! The ingredients we had to have to make our omelettes were: egg, potatoes and onions. We had a choice of other ingredients to put in such as: tomatoes, cheese, peppers and sweetcorn. They turned out to be very delicious and we had lots of fun making them!
