Mental Health Week #behappy

This week, we have celebrated Mental Health Week. We started each morning with mindfulness activities to help us relax and focus.
We even tried mindfulness yoga which we described as "relaxing" and "helped us to de-stress". We also had fantastic discussion about different ways to unwind our minds, like reading, drawing and listening to music. It was great to learn new techniques to care of our mental well-being!
And our best part was our "come as you are" day on Friday, where we celebrated our uniqueness by dressing up in our comfortable clothes. It was a week full of self-care and fun! #behappy #besafe
