Read Achieve Succeed Afternoon

As part of our motto 'Read Achieve Succeed', the children spent time on Monday the 4th of October spending an afternoon celebrating reading and celeberating their brand new book they chose in the morning. We spent the afternoon being detectives and finding out the meaning of words we did not know, making predictions about what may happen in our new books and designing alternative front covers for our books. Some children also made some fantatstic 'book in a box' creations.
