Read Achieve Succeed Day

Today Reception have been taking part in our Read Achieve Succeed day. All of the children received a free book from Madeline Lindley as a gift from the Harmony Trust. The children joined in learning about importance of reading for pleasure as well as reading to help us to learn. The children all chose their own book from our pretend book shop, then read it by the cosy fireplace. Outside children helped to make a reading den, where they spent time exploring the different books and puppets. It was a wonderful day ?
