Rebellious Reporters!

This week, we became reporters, reporting on the events of King Alfred the Great!

We interviewed King Alfred the Great and asked him some difficult questions.

Why did you become King, when you had brothers? My whole family were killed, so I became King. I was next in line for the throne.

Why did you translate official documents to English? I translated documents to ensure the people of England could read them and be kept updated about the news and events.
