Y5 have had an exciting start to their art unit on the work of L S Lowry! This week we have attended a trip to The Lowry art gallery and looked at original pieces! Our workshop was led by Nicola who taught us all of the key elemtns to Lowry's work. She also taught us how to create Lowry style colours using primary colours to create the perfect hue. We also looked at Lowry's matchstick men and created some of our own! It was amazing to see all the effort and concentration Y5 have put into their artwork! Well done!
